1. Introduction to MAISON PERRIER
MAISON PERRIER is a brand owned by the company Nestlé Waters Marketing & Distribution, a French simplified joint stock company (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) with a share capital of €106,536,520, whose registered office is located at 34–40, rue Guynemer, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 479 463 044.
Nestlé Waters Marketing & Distribution (“Nestlé Waters”, MAISON PERRIER” and/or “Brand”) is the organizer of the competition hereinafter referred to as “MAISON PERRIER Art Prize”. The spirit of MAISON PERRIER is defined by the following values: unexpected, daring, witty, French (stylish, cosmopolitan).
2. Presentation and Purpose of the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize
MAISON PERRIER Art Prize is an international competition open to emerging artists from around the world (“Candidates”).
The competition is intended to support an emerging graphic artist who embodies the spirit of MAISON PERRIER, by offering a mentorship and residency program (“Mentorship and Residency Program”) alongside an established artist (“Mentor Artist”). The Mentor Artist for the first edition is Amoako Boafo. The objective of the Mentorship and Residency Program is to create an original artwork, the design of which shall be reproduced on limited-edition MAISON PERRIER product packagings.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and subject to the full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules of Entry for Candidates.
3. Eligibility Criteria; Application Procedure and Documentation of MAISON PERRIER Art Prize
- Eligibility Criteria
Each Candidate must be a graphic artist, i.e. an individual engaged in the creation of original visual works (in particular through painting or drawing) holding a certified diploma or degree from an accredited art school or higher education institution in the field of fine arts, applied arts or graphic design. Photography, video and sculpture are expressly excluded.
Each Candidate must be over 25 years of age at the time of application and legally of age in accordance with the laws of their country.
Each Candidate must have full legal capacity both at the time of their application and, if selected, of their formal acceptance of the prize.
Each Candidate shall also be responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, including accident and health, travel, and personal liability, proof of which shall be requested by MAISON PERRIER.
Candidates shall not have entered into any commercial agreement with a competing brand of MAISON PERRIER and be bound by any other commitment, including without limitation exclusivity, contractual limitation, or legal obligation that may impede participation in the competition or full execution of the collaboration, if selected as the Winning Candidate.
Candidates may not apply as part of, or on behalf of, an artist collective. No company or other legal entity may participate. Only individual applications shall be accepted.
The official language of the competition is English. Candidates must be able to express themselves in spoken and written English, with a level corresponding at least to a B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Nevertheless, in order to facilitate and speed up the registration process, candidates may apply in any of the following languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, German. Applications submitted in a language other than those listed above shall not be considered valid.
Candidates must be fully available for at least six consecutive weeks during September and October 2026 and must be able to travel to Accra, Ghana to participate in the Mentorship and Residency Program, if selected as the Winning Candidate. It is therefore important for all Candidates to ensure from the first phase of online registration that they are available during the above-mentioned period.
All of the above requirements must be strictly met in order to be eligible to participate. MAISON PERRIER reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information submitted by Candidates and to disqualify at any time any Candidate in case of non-compliance with the eligibility criteria.
- Application Procedure and Documentation
- Phase 1: Submission of Applications (December 1, 2025 – March, 31 2026 at 23.59 CET)
To participate, Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria must register online by completing the application form available on the following official website: www.maisonperrier.fr. The order of receipt of applications shall have no effect on the outcome of the preselection process.
The form must be completed in English, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian or German and must include the following information:
- personal and contact details, i.e. first name, last name, address, nationality, country/region of birth, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address (mandatory);
- professional references and online links to portfolio websites and social media accounts (optional);
- a declaration confirming that the Candidate has not previously collaborated with a company or brand that competes with MAISON PERRIER (mandatory).
Candidates must also provide the following documents (in PDF format):
- an up-to-date artistic and professional résumé (CV);
- a copy of a certified degree certificate from an accredited art school or higher education institution in the field of fine arts, applied arts or graphic design;
- a portfolio showcasing a representative selection of the Candidate’s artistic work (maximum fifteen pages);
- a statement of intent (maximum 1,000 characters) describing:
- the Candidate’s expectations regarding the Mentorship and Residency Program and the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize;
- the connection between the spirit of MAISON PERRIER and the Candidate’s artistic work;
- the relationship between the Candidate’s work and that of the Mentor Artist for the current edition.
Applications shall be accepted from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 at 23.59 CET. Applications submitted after the selection phase shall not be considered.
- Phase 2: Preselection by MAISON PERRIER (March – April 2026)
MAISON PERRIER shall carry out a preselection of the applications that meet the eligibility criteria and reflect the spirit of MAISON PERRIER.
Preselected Candidates shall be notified by MAISON PERRIER exclusively at the email address provided in their application file. Each Candidate must ensure to provide a valid and accurate email address. MAISON PERRIER shall not be held liable for any failure to receive communications due to incorrect or inaccessible contact information provided by the Candidate.
Each Candidate must confirm whether they wish to continue participating in the competition. In the absence of a response within ten calendar (10) days following the email sent by MAISON PERRIER, the Candidate shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the next phase of the competition.
Each Preselected Candidate must submit, no later than April 15, 2026, a video presentation in English introducing their work and explaining its connection to the spirit of MAISON PERRIER. The video must not exceed four (4) minutes maximum in duration.
Preselected Candidates must keep their preselection strictly confidential. Any disclosure of their preselection status may result in immediate exclusion from the competition.
- Phase 3: Jury Shortlist and Final Selection of the Winning Candidate by the Mentor Artist (April 15 to May 30, 2026)
Applications deemed eligible and admissible following the preselection phase shall be submitted to a jury of art professionals (“the Jury”), i.e. art fairs representatives, museum directors, curators, art patrons, art critics etc.
The Jury shall be appointed at the sole discretion of MAISON PERRIER and shall be composed, inter alia, of the following individuals:
- Laurent Le Bon, President of the Centre Pompidou (Paris, France);
- Jimena Blazquez Abascal, Director of the Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo (Seville, Spain);
- Fabrice Bousteau, editor‑in‑chief of Beaux Arts Magazine and Le Quotidien de l’Art (Paris, France);
- Cathia Lawson Hall, Co-founder of the Cercle International Afrique at the Centre Pompidou (Paris, France);
- Thomas E. Moore III, Executive Director of the American Friends of the Louvre.
The composition of the Jury may be modified, at any time and at the sole discretion of MAISON PERRIER, depending on the availability of the jury members.
The Jury shall be responsible for reviewing the eligible applications and establishing a shortlist of candidates on the basis of objective and transparent evaluation criteria, including but not limited to:
- Artistic quality and originality of the Candidate’s artistic work;
- Relevance of the Candidate’s artistic work to contemporary artistic discourse;
- Candidate’s capacity to engage diverse audiences and generate cultural, social, or educational value through its artistic work;
- Coherence of the Candidate’s artistic work with the Mentor Artist’s artistic universe and MAISON PERRIER packaging universe;
- Potential impact of the Mentorship and Residency Program on the Candidate’s career trajectory and long-term artistic development;
- Alignment with the values promoted by MAISON PERRIER.
The Jury shall then deliberate and issue a reasoned recommendation regarding the Winning Candidate.
MAISON PERRIER and the Mentor Artist shall select the Winning Candidate based on the shortlist and recommendation made by the Jury.
- Phase 4: Announcement of the Winning Candidate
Once the Winning Candidate has been selected by MAISON PERRIER and the Mentor Artist, MAISON PERRIER shall contact him/her to confirm the acceptance of the prize.
Acceptance of the prize is subject to the signature of the following contractual documents:
- a Mentorship and Residency Program Agreement;
- an Intellectual Property Rights and Likeness Rights Assignment Agreement.
Only the Winning Candidate shall be publicly announced. The Winning Candidate must keep this information strictly confidential until its official announcement by MAISON PERRIER. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the competition.
4. Services to be provided by the Winning Candidate
- Mentorship and Residency Program
The Winning Candidate shall participate in a Mentorship and Residency Program alongside the Mentor Artist with the support of MAISON PERRIER.
The purpose of the Mentorship and Residency Program is to foster creativity and collaboration between the Mentor Artist, the Winning Candidate and dot.ateliers residency community and to provide the Winning Candidate with the space and resources needed to deepen their artistic practices with the support of MAISON PERRIER.
The residency will take place over a period of at least six (6) weeks from September to October 2026 at dot.ateliers in Accra (Ghana). MAISON PERRIER reserves the unilateral right to modify or postpone the Mentorship and Residency Program at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability for such changes. In the event of a postponement, the Winning Candidate shall make their best efforts to remain available during the new period of time proposed by MAISON PERRIER.
Promotional content (“Promotional Content”) shall be captured during the Mentorship and Residency Program and shall be used by MAISON PERRIER in accordance with Section 6.
- Limited-Edition Production Collaboration and Merchandising Items
The purpose of the Mentorship and Residency Program is to develop a product collaboration to be sold in limited edition (“Limited-Edition Product Collaboration”) bringing the Mentor Artist’s and the Winning Candidate’s creative universes into dialogue.
The artworks created during the Mentorship and Residency Program shall be used on the packaging of MAISON PERRIER Products (“Collaboration Materials”), in particular on cans, glass and/or PET bottles, premium box for the containers and secondary packagings (cardboards and films) for the containers.
MAISON PERRIER shall have the right to create and manufacture merchandising items (“Merchandising Items”) including, without limitation, notebooks, stickers, smartphone cases and tote bags, for the purpose of promoting the Mentorship and Residency Program and the Limited-Edition Product Collaboration, provided the Merchandising Items are not distributed for sale.
- Promotional Content, Social Media and Public Relations Event & Interviews
The Winning Candidate agrees to make themselves available for at least three (3) service days for the purpose of promoting, without limitation, MAISON PERRIER, MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, the Mentorship and Residency Program and the Limited-Edition Production Collaboration by participating to shootings of Promotional Content, public relations event and interviews, if requested by MAISON PERRIER.
The Winning Candidate agrees to communicate and promote MAISON PERRIER and the Mentorship and Residency Program by sharing posts – subject to the prior approval of MAISON PERRIER – on their own social media accounts, if requested by MAISON PERRIER. MAISON PERRIER shall have the right to repost and promote such posts with paid amplification on its own social media ecosystem.
Promotional Content captured during the aforementioned service days shall be used by MAISON PERRIER in accordance with Section 6.
5. Compensation
Subject to verification and compliance with all contest rules, the Winning Candidate shall receive a total amount of up to forty thousand euros (€40,000) (“Compensation”).
This Compensation shall cover:
- all services provided by the Winning Candidate in connection with the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize and the Mentorship and Residency Program, including, without limitation, to artistic, creative, promotional, and representational activities;
- all travel arrangements, transportation costs, accommodation, per diem and daily expenses incurred by the Winning Candidate in connection with the Mentorship and Residency Program, as organized or approved by MAISON PERRIER;
- the assignment and transfer to MAISON PERRIER, on an exclusive basis, of all Winning Candidate’s Likeness Rights and Intellectual Property Rights necessary for the purposes of the reproduction, use, representation, and exploitation of the artworks used on MAISON PERRIER Limited Edition Collaboration Products and Merchandising Items, worldwide and for the duration of protection under applicable intellectual property laws.
For the sake of clarity, the Compensation shall cover all the compensation due to the Winning Candidate inclusive of all taxes (including, without limitation, VAT and custom taxes) and commission fees, so that upon payment no further amounts shall be due to the Winning Candidate.
The breakdown of the Compensation shall be determined by MAISON PERRIER and disclosed to the Winning Candidate as part of the negotiation of the contractual agreements as defined above.
A tax residency certificate (in original) shall be provided by the Winning Candidate to MAISON PERRIER promptly in advance of payment of the Compensation to benefit from the application of the tax treaty existing between France and the country of residence of the Winning Candidate (if any). If at the time of the payment, MAISON PERRIER has not received the above-mentioned tax residence certificate, any applicable withholding tax will be withdrawn from the payment of the Compensation in agreement with the French tax rule.
6. Likeness and Intellectual Property Rights
- Candidates’ Likeness Rights
Candidates grant MAISON PERRIER the right to use, assign or grant the rights of use appertaining to their image and personality (“Likeness”) including, without limitation, their name, first name, pseudonym, username on social medias, signature, voice, video or film portrayals, photograph, likeness, image, persona, biography, quote, portfolios of artworks (whether created as part of the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize or not), and any other means of identification or endorsement (in each case as applicable) in the context of communication relating to MAISON PERRIER, the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, and the Mentorship and Residency Program, and to associate it, where applicable, with any distinctive sign, including all logos, signatures, and communication materials of MAISON PERRIER (including its subsidiaries and all companies within its group), free of charge, worldwide, for a renewable period of five (5) years from the date of first use (”the Term”), and for the following media and channels:
- Digital & Internet: digital & Internet uses accessible by any and all means, ways and methods, including all websites, social networks, platforms, e-commerce platforms, blogs, CRM, smartphones, tablets and computers’ applications, all websites as banner advertising, video windows, search engines, e-mailing, pay-per-click search advertising, advertorials, sponsorships, sponsored links, pay-per-post blogging;
- TV: any and all TV channels accessible by any and all means, ways and methods to broadcast, i.e. digital, terrestrial, cable, satellite including pan-continental stations, 3G/4G/5G, DSL, TNT, IPTV and on-demand services such as VOL including TV replay, catch-up TV, IPTV, connected TV, segmented TV, direct response TV, on demand programs and sponsoring billboards, digital broadcasting, in store, broadcasting and online video;
- Cinema: any form of communication and/or advertisement in cinemas and/or movie theaters;
- Print: any form of media channel communicated in form of tangible materials including but not limited to activity reports, brochures, newsletters, leaflets, printed and editorial materials, promotional materials, documents addressed to customers, invitation cards, greeting cards, packaging (it being understood as any form of advertisement and/or communication on product packaging and any material element sold with the product), flyers, postcards, giveaways, coupons/inserts, documents relating to professional advertising, documents relating to MAISON PERRIER’s internal information, within the framework of Nestlé Waters’ and MAISON PERRIER’s internal promotion, journalistic information, for editorial purposes, for the French and foreign written and audiovisual press (it being understood as any form of press (free or paid), whether printed or digital, including but not limited to any type of newspapers and magazines);
- Out-Of-Home and Digital-Out-Of-Home: any form of advertisement and/or communication outside of the consumer’s home and the point-of-sale environment communicated in digital or non-digital form including but not limited to static & digital billboards (including mobile billboards and interactive billboards), giant screens and wallscapes, posters (static & digital), transit (including without limitation subway trains/stations, commuter rail & subway (including media at entrances, on platforms, and in the trains and trains shelters), buses (i.e. sides, backs, wraps, interiors), custom tour buses and bus wraps/shelters/stops, taxis and taxi tops/stands, trucks and wrapped vehicles), street furniture (street kiosk, informational pillars, etc.), airport media, packaging, points-of-sale advertising (it being understood as any form of advertisement and/or communication displayed in digital or non-digital form by MAISON PERRIER and any MAISON PERRIER retail partners at any point of sale of MAISON PERRIER or any point of sale of MAISON PERRIER retail partners (including clubs, restaurants and hotels) including but not limited to any material installed or distributed at points-of-sale and travel retail, promotional materials, pop-up installations, interactive stands, in-store video screens, window displays, light boxes, digital surfaces/devices, online shops, counter and on-shelf communication, training tools, screens, videos, professional shows and in-store events and, more generally, any material installed or distributed at points-of-sale), mall advertising, pop-up stores, fitness clubs, projection media, 3D projection mapping;
- Press relations & public relations: any form of advertisement and/or communication displayed in digital or non-digital form via materials designed specifically for the press (journalists and bloggers), including but not limited to interviews, publicity photographs, press kits, press releases, press key visuals, audiovisual, editorial paid partnerships, digital and points-of-sale materials for press relations and public relations purposes only and any press/public relations-event specific communication;
- Events: any form of events including but not limited to residency events, conferences, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, partner events, concerts and trade shows;
- Internal communication: any form of internal/corporate advertisement and/or communication including but not limited to annual reports, marketing materials, video presentations and intranet, materials for archival, documentary and historical purposes and any materials used for seminaries and conventions, offices, entrance halls, private parties and general assemblies.
During the Term, MAISON PERRIER is authorized by Candidates to exploit their Likeness as defined above, solely in relation with MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, for its external commercial and non-commercial communication purposes (including promotional, institutional, or advertising purposes) and for internal communication, consisting of any free-of-charge actions intended to present or promote MAISON PERRIER, including to clients, prospects, partners, investors, public or private institutions, suppliers, employees, and the general public. Such communication may include, without limitation, communication at PERRIER Museum, sales meetings, tour-visits, corporate retreats, board and/or shareholder meetings, and for research, award, archive, retrospective, training, and/or reference purposes, including, but not limited to, as part of books retracing the Brand’s history. Such communication may be carried out worldwide, through all types of media, including but not limited to audiovisual, print or online press, radio, television, cinema, internet, public displays, and non-media-based channels.
Candidates recognize that materials including their Likeness may be maintained online for the legal term of protection of rights on MAISON PERRIER’s websites, platforms and social networks as initially posted, provided that MAISON PERRIER undertakes not to repost or authorize third parties to repost the materials including their Likeness after the Term, it being understood that MAISON PERRIER are not liable for third-party use of content beyond their official channels.
- Candidates’ Intellectual Property Rights
As part of the communication relating to MAISON PERRIER and the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, Candidates, if selected as the Winning Candidate, shall assign to MAISON PERRIER, on an exclusive basis, the right to exploit, reproduce, and represent the whole or the part of the artworks and elements submitted during the selection process, in whole or in part, without limitation in number, directly or indirectly through any third party chosen by MAISON PERRIER, free of charge, worldwide, for a renewable period of five (5) years from the date of first use (”the Term”), and for the same media and channels as defined in Section 6.1.
During the Term, MAISON PERRIER is authorized by Candidates, if selected as the Winning Candidate, to exploit their artworks and other elements submitted under the terms above, solely in relation with MAISON PERRIER Art Prize and the Mentorship and Residency Program, for its external commercial and non-commercial communication purposes (including promotional, institutional, or advertising purposes) and for internal communication, consisting of any free-of-charge actions intended to present or promote MAISON PERRIER, including to clients, prospects, partners, investors, public or private institutions, suppliers, employees, and the general public. Such communication may include, without limitation, communication at PERRIER Museum, sales meetings, tour-visits, corporate retreats, board and/or shareholder meetings, and for research, award, archive, retrospective, training, and/or reference purposes, including, but not limited to, as part of books retracing the Brand’s history. Such communication may be carried out worldwide, through all types of media, including but not limited to audiovisual, print or online press, radio, television, cinema, internet, public displays, and non-media-based channels.
- Nestlé Waters and MAISON PERRIER Intellectual Property Rights
All content featured on Nestlé Waters, MAISON PERRIER and MAISON PERRIER Art Prize websites, including but not limited to names, text, photographs, logos, trademarks, trade dress (collectively, “MAISON PERRIER Intellectual Property Rights”), is protected under intellectual property law. Accordingly, any use – whether representation, modification, full or partial reproduction – carried out without the consent of the rights holders is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
Participation in the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize in no way entitles Candidates to use or reproduce the MAISON PERRIER Intellectual Property Rights owned by Nestlé Waters Marketing & Distribution group.
7. Warranties
Candidates represent and warrant that they have legal capacity, are free to enter the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize selection process and that they are free to fulfill and perform all of their respective obligations contemplated herein.
Candidates represent and warrant that they have not entered or will not enter into any other commitment that will prevent or substantially prevent them from fully participating in the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, impair the performance of their respective obligations under these Rules of Entry for Candidates or constitute an obstacle to the quiet enjoyment by MAISON PERRIER of the rights which arise herefrom.
Candidates represent and warrant that their artistic work is original and that they have not engaged in any prior collaborations similar to the one proposed by MAISON PERRIER.
Candidates represent and warrant that their artistic work and submitted materials do not infringe any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright or trademark rights, of any third party.
Candidates represent and warrant that the submitted materials, including their name and surname or pseudonym, do not violate the rights of any third party.
Candidates confirm that they are not subject to any legal proceedings related to intellectual property rights or any other third-party rights.
Candidates represent and warrant that they are and will remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular regarding all submitted information and materials. Candidates undertake to promptly inform MAISON PERRIER of any change in the submitted information.
Accordingly, Candidates shall indemnify and hold harmless MAISON PERRIER against any claim or legal action brought by a third party due to the infringement of their rights in the materials submitted and the Candidates’ artistic work, and more generally, against any losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) that MAISON PERRIER (including its subsidiaries and all companies within its group) may incur, suffer, or be required to pay as a result of any third-party claim relating to the rights assigned.
8. Exclusivity
During the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, the Mentorship and Residency Program and any additional year if the collaboration between MAISON PERRIER and the Winning Candidate is mutually agreed to be renewed, the Winning Candidate shall not, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of MAISON PERRIER, formally associate and/or collaborate in any way and/or provide services identical or materially similar to the Services (in all or in substantial part) for any non-alcoholic beverage brand or non-alcoholic beverage company (each, a “Prohibited Company”).
9. Confidentiality
Candidates, including the selected Winning Candidate, undertake to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information of a technical, commercial, artistic, or strategic nature to which they may have access in connection with the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize or the Mentorship and Residency Program.
This includes, in particular:
- the content of the artistic project prior to any public announcement by MAISON PERRIER;
- the status of the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize;
- exchanges with MAISON PERRIER, Mentor Artist, dot.ateliers, members of the jury, or their partners;
- any element relating to MAISON PERRIER’s business, communication strategy or brand positioning.
This obligation of confidentiality shall remain in force throughout the application process and for a period of five (5) years from its conclusion, unless a legal or judicial obligation requires disclosure.
10. Personal Data
Candidates’ personal data is collected and used by MAISON PERRIER and the companies of the Nestlé Waters Marketing & Distribution group, as well as by suppliers and all other parties involved in the organization and management of the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize and the Mentorship and Residency Program, in accordance with MAISON PERRIER’s data protection policy, available at: nestle.com/info/privacy (“Policy”).
By participating in the initiative, Candidates acknowledge having understood and accepted the Policy, and authorize the processing of their personal data for purposes related to the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize and the Mentorship and Residency Program.
11. Postponement; Cancellation
If circumstances so require, MAISON PERRIER reserves the unilateral right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition. MAISON PERRIER may not be held liable for any such changes.
12. Behavior and Ethical Standards; Fair Conduct
The content submitted during the application phase, as well as the Candidate’s artistic work, must not contain any images that are offensive or contrary to public decency (including vulgar or violent scenes, illegal activities, or discriminatory content based on religion or race, etc.), nor may they in any way infringe the rights of others, including by being defamatory, violating privacy, or infringing any copyright.
MAISON PERRIER reserves the right to moderate or disqualify any application it considers, at its sole discretion, to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate, contrary to the spirit of the initiative, or potentially damaging to Nestlé Waters, MAISON PERRIER, their products or services, MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, or the image or reputation of third parties.
Candidates undertake, for a period of one (1) year following the Announcement of the Winning Candidate of MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, and for the Winning Candidate, for a period of five (5) years following the completion of the Mentorship and Residency Program, not to engage in any conduct, adopt any attitude, or make or endorse any statement, in any form whatsoever, that could harm or impair the image or reputation of Nestlé Waters, MAISON PERRIER, their products or services, MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, or third parties.
Candidates are strictly prohibited from contacting, directly or indirectly, any member of the Jury or the Mentor Artist. Any unauthorized approach will result in disqualification from the current edition and from all future editions of the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize.
13. Governing Law
These Rules of Entry for Candidates shall be governed by French laws.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to these Rules of Entry for Candidates, MAISON PERRIER Art Prize, the Mentorship and Residency Program or their consequences, which would not be amicably settled within forty-five (45) days of a dispute notice sent by a party to the other, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
14. Acceptance
Participation in the MAISON PERRIER Art Prize implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules of Entry for Candidates.
MAISON PERRIER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to disqualify any Candidate who fails to comply with these Rules of Entry for Candidates, without prior notice or justification.
